INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN:

1. Please place eye/sunwear in the original packaging. This includes any and all manuals, documentation, and accessories that were received with the product. The packaged eyewear must be secured in the shipping box so that contents do not risk any damage during shipment.

2. Please be sure to include the original packing slip/receipt. If you do not have this, please include a note with your full name, contact information and Order #.

3. Once Paris Optique has received your frames in perfect condition with all original packaging, we will refund the price of your frames to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 2-5 days of receipt.

REMINDER:

Paris Optique does not offer pre-paid shipping labels for products being returned. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
